What ever happens is better then the alternative. Plan A is to be acquired by the investment group that owns FO. Plan B is a wind down plan that was going to take most of next year. I'll roll the dice with Plan A. Could be good who knows at this point. Apparently the Group wants to ink a deal by the end of the month.

Of course they did. It was released on the super special "owner's only" message board along with special other information like the negotiating strategy for your next CBA, a tip off as to the pilots menu options for next month, and a detailed map as to exactly where all of our owners go and how many are left over for the super secret owner's patronage rebate based upon savings in the next contract. Rumor has it, it is for planes and customers only. I am not sure how that will work, as planes don't fly themselves. We shall see I guess.

I heard there were similar discussions with NJA involving hours and customers. Don't recall anything said about aircraft. CA is allegedly trying to get out of the business before the target date, as in by the end of this year. Rumor or not, I would prepare for the worst case scenario if I worked there. In any case, best wishes to all involved.
