I am not yet convinced that Ricci would buy CS. They have already announced that they are getting out of the frac business and have been losing customers when their contracts came up for renewal.
Those customer now had a choice of going with NetJets or one of the two Ricci companies depending on if they are looking for Luxary or value. For him to now pay for something which he will eventually get a part of does not make sense.

You are assuming he is paying for CS. CS may be paying him. But you are right, we don't know anything yet. My previous posts also applies to any Potential integration with Flex as they would be merged via Allegheny Mohawk. My point is, no one is getting stapled just because they don't have a union. It would be the irony of all irony's if we get shafted BECAUSE we have a union.

That's the best you can do?

For you Googone it is the best because you deserve nothing more. One day we will meet in person, and settle this. I know who you are, Sal filled me in. I will see you soon, my demented colleague, and we will settle this bashing once and for all man to man. I look forward to it, Kid. That's all you're getting from me. You don't know who I am, but now I know who you are. Watch your back, Kid.

They may be getting out of the frac business, but treat us (CA) as a separate entity from FO. Maybe a EJM type of setup? After all, we do have a VERY desirable 135 cert. that would go great with Flex.

Flight Options already has managed aircraft in our portfolio. We use them as supplemental lift and our pilots fly them when they are not needed by the owner of the aircraft.

Hey Jetwash, I'm showing that you have 200 on furlough with the last man standing at a 1/2001 hire date. Is that accurate?

What makes CA's 135 certificate so "desirable"? Ours at FlOps is pretty doggone spiffy, if I do say so myself. And we have 10 or more ops. Does CA operate Part 135 aircraft with 10 or more seats? Maybe the Sovereign?

Are the crew members dedicated to the managed aircraft or come from the pool of union pilots?

Man to man, since when do you know anything about that? LOL

Spare me the playground threats, it just makes you look more desperate.

Looks like you are once again grievously misled. You need more reliable sources...Old Man(boy).
