As we get closer to the final round of NEGOTIATIONS, expect more propaganda. Now the company wants more time because 2N Kenn is going to the board of directors. I have to ask myself "why now?" If 2N Kenn wanted to raise our pay, he could have done it with an LOA. Now the rumor mill wants you to believe the results should be delayed and wait for a contract we can vote on. I really have to laugh because, if that's what they really wanted, they could have done that 2 years ago. No more delays.

This is a easy fix. take Netjets pay add 25% wrap it in a LOA implement it for AUG 1. Then set up negations for pay come up with a proposal all pilots can vote on and vote away..pilots will probably be happy and company will be happy they gave pilots what they wanted..WIN WIN..

How you see that in the email??? I took it to say they wanted to delay compensation so the pilots could vote on it. Not saying your right or wrong just trying to figure out what their motive and the message of that email was suppose to send..

Then the email continues to go on about thenegotiations only needing to address those sections needed to integrate thepilot groups under Section 1.5. Thecompany claims that compensation will be addressed later under Section 6negotiations. They claim they could have taken a draconian approach and usedthe 2010 CBA-unmodified and as written-to integrate the two pilot groups, butthey chose to take the high road. Raisesonly for an FOK club is taking the high road? And one more question Mr. W. If compensationis going to be addressed later in Section 6 negotiations, why did the companyput out a pay proposal that included raises only for Red Label pilots?

I personally don't think the arbitrator would care in the least about whether or not there is a board meeting.

The company is going out of its way to spread the rumor about 2N Kenn going to the board. They spread the rumor to certain red label pilots, then they repeat it when they are in TEB and any pilot will listen. Had two pilots tell me the same story almost ver batim. But wait! I thought Kenn wasn't going to get personally involved. So who is lying this time? I hope the arbitrator won't fall for this delaying tactic just like he didn't fall for the fake petition from a handful of Onesky pilots that wanted a side deal.

Thanks for the question Bjtdrvr. I have to admit I was not present, but I do remember when the company was blaming the Union for the slow progress in negotiations and then announced they were willing to "extend" negotiations. Fool me once....

Similar to how RH and his minions like MR, FW, TP and others encouraged people to not pay their dues but now are blaming the union for inadequate representation from the Flexjet side.

I wonder if these guys will ever get just how badly they screwed us and how much more we could have gotten if we thought about the best interests of our careers and profession vs the bribe of the moment.

If you don't get what you want from this arbritration (or for that matter keep what you have) the list to blame will be plenty but it won't be the Union's fault.

I hope guys like the minions mentioned above realize that but my guess is they are too vapid and self invloved to get just how selfish their bid to sit in uncle's lap really was - oh and ineffective since the latest crew placements prove a flexer will never be a real FoK. if true whoever FW is should be immediately fired - threats against a co-worker is absolutely grounds for termination - tell them to report to HR and they HAVE to investigate

I believe he also said something similar on yammer about meeting POC guys in a dark alley but when he ran into them instead of decking them or even giving them a peice of his mind he acted like a sheepish weasel. I heard a HR comlaint went nowhere since he claimed it was euphemistic. It would appear he did not learn his lesson.

Seems a pattern has been established but management has turned a blind eye only because he feeds at the slop tank Cleveland dishes out.

Yep. Just got it confirmed from my friend at the company this weekend. The pilots whose names were on the petition to arbitrator Fishgold were mostly RedLabel pilots. They were seeking a "carvout"for themselves to NOT be bound by the arbitrators final decision. Pathetic.

The petition directs them not to. When the first petition went out (this is the second) they all claimed on Yammer that the posters were put on a scab list because of some comments on here. If you're going to take a stand, attach your name to it. Cowards.

They are simply going around the nation signing from different FBO and hotel computers trying to give the apearance of support when in reality they have none for their backdoor backstab petition. if you read the comments it is abundantly clear these guys do not know what is going on and simply believe management's threats as evidenced by letters like the recent one from JW.

Absolutely every comment is addressing a concern management has created. Remember our union wanted to write a new contract. The only reason it is where it is now is because the company forced it. And the timeline? I believe that will become crystal clear when we see the company yet again stall and muddy when it's time for a completely redrawn CBA.

I hope the arbritrator realizes the only way to compel Ricci to actually negotiate the new CBA is to err on the side of the pilots in this round or else we will be stuck with this bandage for years.
