Outstanding Perspective

I know many of you use this forum to post your inner feelings, but when all is said and done, we will all work together as family. My brother and I don't always see eye to eye, but we work it out because in the end we do truly care about what happens to each other. That is how I am looking at this situation. It is now a family squabble that will be resolved and then we will return to doing what we do best, protecting each other and caring for our company. I believe that cooler heads will prevail and this will be resolved. Those who oppose this view will find themselves in the minority and continue to be miserable. I feel sorry for you if that is how you choose to live your life. Remember life is short and you should try to live each day to it's fullest.

I'm sure FI will turn into another free for all when CAL/UAL integrate lists. I'm fortunate on that one. I'm halfway down the UAL furlough list. They can staple all of us UAL furloughees to the bottom of the combined list and it won't make my blood pressure rise. At this point, anything beyond that is gravy for me.

Oooooo, your Crystal ball must have 1080p because yours has a real sharp projection of December or January. Mine is an old Samsung rear projection unit. It is much better than the one used by the Wicked Witch but obvioulsy dated. Thanks for correcting me! And No I am not anti ALPA, I could care less who is represented by who. I guess my #'s about the General and OYS were spot on since no correction there.

Full of hate? I have been advocating a FAIR SLI for your merger, something you won't acknowledge. If you think you should have a 10-1 ratio for SWA pilots, then great, prove that to the arbitrators. If you think you have a great case, then no need to worry. That's been my point all along. Instead, you bring your attitude and put downs towards ANYONE who disagrees with you, on a public message board. I give my opinions, and you throw the put downs. That actually makes me root for the other side even more, and that is where we are today. You can continue to do that, or you can explain your position on why you should get what you want. Just know that what you want may not be what is awarded at the conclusion. Godspeed!

Troll-- no one slams AT people. We slam some AT ALPA pilots for stirring up conflict, raising expectations beyond realistic, and delaying this with their own agenda.

I post on this only because, the longer this drags out, the worse the effect on the culture. And no one should fool themselves about that. SWA runs on it's culture- it really doesn't work without it- and delays will affect that.

Kind of like you OYS. You know you don't care about AT pilots- (if you aren't one) You just want to see conflict in a competitor that you're scared of.

It's the ulterior motives that get us to post.

but we arent pissed at what we imagine are regular line holding pilots-
It is however, time for the average line holder to let ALPA know what they think. You'll be responsible for what they do regardless.
