I'm hearing end of summer/beginning of fall. All adds up with the addition of classes and the number left in the pool. Wouldn't be surprised if it happens a little sooner based on the number of poolies I'm hearing have defered class dates.

I heard today that inteviews may begin as soon as a month from now. Pool to be drained by November or so with the new interviewers taking class dates this year! Looks like good things coming for eveyone still waiting.

What's the schedule for class once you arrive? I read the old New Hire Info thread, but didn't find all the answers I am looking for.
How long is ground school? How long in the sim? About how long from start of class to IOE?
I'm probably looking at the June 25 class, so it's rapidly approaching!

Welcome aboard. Here's a summary of the May 14th class

May 14 - 11 June Ground school (Indoc, systems, procedures, mass boredom, etc)

June 12 - June 21 9 Sim sessions (including checkride and LOFT)

4-5 days of IOE (normally at the base of your choice)starting most likely around June 26 or 27.

All in all, plan on 6-7 weeks start to finish.
