SW has a converging RASM/CASM.....their product has pulled all it can in the RASM department...so how is gary going to address it? only gary knows but a few thoughts come to mind
-bag fees
-enhance their product...business class at a minimum....although assign seating brings some calm and comfort to an already stressful event...plus y'all can get extra revenue for emergency seating.

- grow
