Pay scales at RPA are aligned pretty close to PDTs, except the Capt rates cap out at $119/hr--add E175 overide and its about $127/hr--(vs LCC's E190 95/hr and PDT's 78/hr) FO rates at RPA don't go above 5th year. Up until March, it was a 2.5 year upgrade time.

So, considering the pay credit as PDT is consistently 25-30 percent more than republic, are you saying that PDT pilots make more per paycheck until they get to the Capt rates you mentioned? With half the seats?
All I have to say is: Arguing on the internet is like running a race in the special olympics.... Even if you win, you are still retarded.....
Did I miss anything?
Good deal. I guess its all in what the individual wants from their job. PDT fits me fine at the moment.Over all, yes, I think your assessment is correct, less the percentage disparity. PDT continues to be a great place to cut your teeth on 121 Ops...given you can get through JK's NASA program for the Dash. How long it will last...for any of us, is unknown.

Yes, you were conceived from your mom's ass.
Check out that picture of the flight deck. The commodore 61 will never die!!!!

A few weeks ago, a nice lady who is a REP CA told me almost the same thing: "We are going to grow for a long time, we are immune to the economy." Anyone want to place any bets that she is right?
BTW I'll be more than happy to put my W2 against your any day I still make for as a PDT CA that you do as a RPA CA. Flying half the seat...
