It all depends on where the training is done, apparently. If you luck out and go to SEA then its much easier to get a Fed out there to do the type. In MIA you dont even want to the Fed there is a pain.
Really, I was thinking that attrition would slow down at NAA and WOA. It seems to me that things will slow down at the Majors until they sort out 65, including FedEx, UPS and SWA who all seem to be slowing down. I wouldn't leave a "good" job now until the crystal ball was a little clearer....Their will be a lot of attrition here though soon if things keep going the way they are going...
