Dispatcher, you sir are not very experienced yet. I can point to countless times I have been given trips outside the U.S. with a pink slip. Of course I have always caught the pink slip and never left the country. Let's talk about 135 outbound clearance with customs.....How about Program Managers telling crews "we need pilots who will fly in the gray zone of the FARs."
How many custom fines has the company paid? Did you know that just as recently as a few weeks ago Canada Customs threatened to confiscate one of our airplanes? Three tours ago I was filed TEB PBI over the water route with a pink slip. Sorry but you really don't know what happens on a daily basis here.
