OK back on track.......ANY profit is a good one. My guess is we finish the year 150 million ISH total.

1st and 4th quarter are part of the peak seasons.
Yes...

which means operational costs are higher while Income is relatively stable = Less profits in those quarters than the off-peak season of stable revenues and low operational costs.

Potentially profits should be better in quarters 2 and 3.

Maybe my math is not my strongest quality, but......

-19 million to +36 million = 55 million.

Looks like more than double to me.

Why pi$$ on the parade?

By dog.... I did not notice the $19 Million was a 2006 loss!

That is a $55 Million improvement.

If I add the $55M improvement to to the $143M we made last yr... We are well on the way to $200 - $250 M in profit for 2007.

I may have to revise up to $250 -$300 Million.

FAMILYGUY & NumNutz errr I mean NumberCruncher ... " you got some splaining to do."

You mean my math actually works????? Maybe all those management classes actually did help me!

Yes it does.

A $55M improvement in the 1st quarter. Plus last yrs $143M = $198M... any improvement in the remaining 3 quarters puts us in the $200 to $250M profit range. But I am not predicting $250 to $300 millions.

Sounds like we aren't filing enough grievances.:erm:
