Typically they were ALPA members before scabbing -- with a few notable exceptions... (for example: when the Continental pilot group joined ALPA a few years ago, there were a small group of scabs on their seniority list)

Not true. I just interrogated the negotiating committee against a scab list. Having the same last name as a scab does not make one a scab.

I can corroborate as I did the same thing. There are no scabs on our negotiating committee.
