Here's what I know about American. They're not even going to show up to SLI until the East West thing is done. Their attorney has made it crystal clear that they aren't touching a DFR that they're going to inherit with a 10' pole. When the company's merger starts hitting snags like this, I'd expect Parker to stop playing his "Neutral" charade.

There isn't a do over. There isn't a second bite at the apple. You're losing control and the self hostage taking is going to end. Your career was rescued by America West. Probably stings a little to know that but you know without question that it's a true statement. Nicolau knew that too. You're hopelessly furloughed first officers will not be senior to line holding captains.

Are you an AA pilot?
America west didn't save anyone. They were just about bankrupt. Project Zanzibar ring a bell?

This guys nails it again!

"At a clock time yet uncertain, LOA 96 (the Transition Agreement) becomes null and void a week from Monday; and the new Transition Agreement (the MOU) becomes our ratified contract. Please notice that agreement has no mention of the NIC being imposed, nor of a West Seat at the table. If Parker wants that seat, he can negotiate with the parties. Absent a complete new contract agreement voted in by East and West before that time with a combined seniority list, we remain by law as separate, both represented by USAPA at the M/B table. We have a lot to look forward to, December 9th cannot get here any faster."

How many planes has USAir crashed since 1989 ?

How many passengers have died on USAir planes since 1989 ?

How many planes has America West crashed since they started?

You are a total dirt bag...

Get it thru your thick skull westie

No lottery ticket

You agreed to binding arbitration. You could have said no we don't want binding arbitration.

If you agree to something, you should stick to it with integrity.

The problem is your definition of "windfall"

Any integration with the west would be viewed as a windfall in an east's mind

The Nic is a list just like a lottery ticket that you can't cash. It was WRONG from the beginning and will continue to be wrong. You can't put a 17 year pilot next to a new hire on a combined seniority list.

Next question!

17 years, wow, how far up the active seniority list was that guy?
