Is the rumor that our negotiators are spending their personal time to attend actually true? I thought it was just more whining about needing volunteers.

Those are all 300 guys. That would mean on a 16 day line where their butts are run ragged and 5+ days of negotiations, these guys are spending at the most 5 or 6 days a month in their own beds. That seems unreasonable.

If actually true, it sounds more like the company is sending a message regarding their expectations for our future. YIKES!

If the negotiating reports are true it's even more frustrating to hear how the company is abusing the process. Dragging them up there under false pretenses since the company just sits there and refuses to consider any and all proposals. Once again, a look at our future.

YES! You negotiators are sacrificing their own time to support the Flex pilots that can't even lift a finger. Flex bid is gone! There isn't enough support for it to remain. The IGM pilots don't even see the train wreck coming .

Yes, the negotiators have offered, from day one, to take unpaid leave to attend negotiations. Management have refused. They do not want us to have representation. That old, decrepit a**wipe on yammer knows this full well. Yet he perpetuates the lie, saying IBT refuses to allow Flexjet representation at the table. Do not fall for the lie.

7 days and not a damn thing organized. KR is laughing in the face of this union once again. Disgraceful. No Solidarity, no organization, no Offense. Don't ask why netjets has what they got. This is why we have what we have!!!

Crickets. Well the 1108 seriously FD up that opportunity

Oh well let's move on!!!

Just read a article that Wheels Up is painting their planes in different colors that are the same as the charities that they are donating too. Cancer etc. our planes have the colors of the Notre Dame marching band. So we are a step ahead of them. I think they are copying our idea.

Speaking of paint jobs, the paint on the Phenom 300s isn't holding up. Some of these planes are only 2 years old and I saw one on the ramp that looked horrible. The crew told me that these are expensive paint jobs. I hope they aren't wasting money on paint when that money can be used to increase our QOL. Our customers judge our service by the way they are treated, not by how much you spend on paint.

I saw ND Marching Band on TV yesterday, though, and their uniforms looked great (the football team, not so much). Good to see where KR has his priorities. Enjoy your arbitrated pay (minor) raise, and remember - Employees are the Foundation of a Service Company! So like a good foundation, just lie there quietly and support everything above you.

I suggest that every pilot at Flex who's not Red Label do everything they can to get a Red Label spot whether it's domestic or international. Flexjet pilots need to protect their jobs!

Without a union, there is no job protection.

You are just figuring your job is at risk? Red label or not, you are still at?will employees. You should have started your own union long ago. The JOINT CBA would be a lot further along. The company is still trying to integrate the Flex pilots into the Options CBA. That is a no?go item from the start.

So now the word is out. The transfer pilots will be given Captain slots in the Challenger just like Kenn promised them. Anybody wake up yet?

They didn't do a thing about the Gulfstreams and Globals going all out of seniority you really think the pilots at Flex are going to get made about this

For all you doubters out there you should read the vuh and stay informed from posts like this.

"I just read the latest negotiations update from August put out by our leadership. If you're not ticked off by the company's behavior then something is wrong with you. How are they not being held in contempt when they continue to blatantly defy Judge Gwinn's ruling to negotiate? Where's the outcry from my fellow Flexjetters now that we see that it is our management, not the 1108, who seek to "integrate" (or have an ICBA, Integrated Collective Bargaining Agreement) for us Flexjet pilots and morph us into the Flight Options 2010 CBA while it's our 1108 who seek a new contract (JCBA, Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement) with vast improvements for both pilot groups?

Let's not overlook the fact that the company seeks to send this to arbitration so that they can wash their hands clean of any QOL loss that may occur. It is the company who is denying you a chance to vote on your future by sending this to arbitration. Do you feel like you're being treated like family or do you feel like you're being looked upon by a group that resembles our national politicians who barely scrape up a 10% approval rating?

WAKE UP!!! Pierre and Deanna are long gone as is our beloved Flexjet. Quit living in LaLa Land and take a stand. Management knows that we're divided and they're exploiting that advantage every chance they get. You don't have to be an 1108 cheerleader to demand that your management team "do the right thing" (as one previous manager always liked to say) by working with our negotiators and hammering out a JCBA and allowing YOU to have a vote in the process. Btw, remember how they touted so proudly in our "Crewmember Agreement" how many things we'd be allowed to vote on? I ask you, have we had a vote on anything yet? Of course not. However, the most important vote of your Flexjet career is in their hands and they're determined to deny that to you. Does that not hack you off?

I'll finish with this; If Mr. Salata is so upset about the Union's update reports, why doesn't the company put out rebuttals? Think about that for a moment. They used to rebut everything prior to the vote last December. But now, crickets. Whether you're an 1108 cheerleader or not, demand that your management team negotiate and give you your right to vote on a JCBA."

Oh yeah that post made by 1 of the leaders, organizers of flex. I'm talking about the general pilot group that never does anything always keeps their head down won't get involved won't talk to anybody else at an fbo that isn't flex. 1 guy that posted that trying to get the rest of the flex guys fired up because he has been fired up for awhile but nobody from flex follows him doesn't count.

I believe management will do all they can to morph every non-red label pilot into the old FO CBA.

I'm going to the Gulfstream, so eff it.
