The 1108 presence there is a must. This is our battle to lose. It would probably be better anyone going to speech not be in any uniform that way they wouldn't be spotted if a Q&A took place. But the signs need to be up. That's a non negotiable. The Netjets guys did it to Warren and it was highly effective.

Warren Buffet's Achilles heel is he actually cares about the perception of him as a good guy.

Kenn Ricci's toughest piece of armor, as he's proven time and again, is he could care less about the perception or reality of his character might be...

Wow! A golden opportunity has just fallen right into your laps! Oh yes, KR can most definitely be embarrassed at his beloved Notre Dame!

It's probably too late to get the necessary permits to picket. But maybe. Even if you can just get 10-20 guys there with signs It'd be worth it. Combine that with some rolling billboards, maybe a banner tow and definitely a big ad in the local paper.
Heck, have a few people walk around the building where he's speaking and hand out leaflets highlighting KR's "ethical" business practices. Those folks would probably get thrown off the campus after a while but so? Do it anyway!

Holy cow, there are so many ways you could make this miserable for him. And if it's open to the public definitely have a few union members (leaders, as they have more legal protections than the rank and file members) inside asking uncomfortable (for KR) questions.

You folks have such a tough battle ahead. We're all routing for you at Netjets. This is exactly the sort of thing to make hay with!

If your union leadership lets this one pass without STRONG action then perhaps you need new union leaders. Or just forget the whole thing and seek employment elsewhere because you'll never have the strength to win.

This is exactly the opportunities the NJASAP leadership coveted to apply a lot of pressure. It isn't easy throwing something together so quickly, but it's an incredible weapon in your arsenal if you can pull it off!

You may think he doesn't care, but when he discovers he can't do anything in public without the union raining on his parade his tune will change.

Good luck!

Thank you Reality man. Straight from a NJ pilot. These guys are true proffesionals. Take a good look listen and learn

So how many we got going so far??????come on 1108 time to go on the offensive. let's get this done.

Those last minute pickets or uniforms in the audience are a must. NJASAP embarrassed Buffet into a contact. 24 pilots and wifes picketed in Vancouver BC the week after 400+ picketed in OMA. We went international. Anywhere the CEO and Buffet went, we were there. Our CBA was agreed to the night before a picket on Wall Street. Unfortunately everyone has to help. I was embarrassed at my first picket 2 years ago. By the end of our negotiations it was no big deal. You get a lot of thumbs up, honking, and "give em hell" from people driving by. Keep at it.

Sad we have more support from Neyjet pilots then we do from our own group. But that's the difference of a proffesional pilot group with a industry leading pay scale.

Any Flexguys wake up yet???? Naaaahhhh!!!!!

We (NJA) support you guys 100%

I just learned that when we picketed in Omaha at the Berkshire Hathaway metting, there were at least 4, maybe 5 Flexjet guys there, marching with us...

They understand that (in theory) if salaries go up at NJA, salaries go up everywhere in the corporate aviation world.

That was awesome that those guys did that

Just to clarify..It wasn't Flexjet Guys there. It was Flightoptions Guys. The Flex guys are a embarrassment to the industry as a whole. They are for the most part Anti Union they are all about themselves and think they are better then every other pilot in this industry. Its actually unbelievable until you meet them in person. Glad a few of the Flight options guys were able to show and support you guys. You guys are true professionals and should be very proud of all you have accomplished. You have not only improved your own QOL but the QOL for all Fractional pilots..
