Well, we were told 10-12 weeks for background check during the interview. Mine came in at 11 weeks. It was well worth the wait! I'll see you guys on 26 April! For those still waiting, your turn will come soon. I know I didn't think I would ever hear from Ms. VK, but when I least expected it was when she called.

Hang in there. Verna told me this morning there are still several openings in the 4/26 A-320 class. I didn't ask about the EMB. In fact I didn't ask about anything. The conversation was pretty one sided with me just saying, "Yes, Maam. Thank you very much! Yes, the 26th will be just great. No, I didn't mind the wait at all. Hardly noticed it. What wait?"

Sorry ATR-DRIVR...and I guess...welcome to the party. I know that one of my PRIA's just got in last week...so the earliest that the PHC could have got my stuff was probably last Friday. Any ideas of holdups for you guys?

No one has called to say there was some kind of holdup with my background or any other problem. As has been posted here Verna and all are really busy with our group and the March group. I have gotten two PRIA letters like everyone else. Just the nature of background stuff. No worries!! Like they say, our turn will come!!

Hey all,
I leave for vacation on Wednesday and will be not completely out of touch (close!!) from the phone. Alot of no signal down in Moab!! If I get the hopefully good news call, how long will they wait for me to call back? I re-read the email from Verna regarding moving on to phase two and they were pretty specific on NOT trying to contact JB or USIS. I will keep the phone with me but again, not sure how the signal will be out on the jeep trails.
Thought or suggestions would be appreciated. Hopefully I can get the call either way it goes before I leave!
