less than .5% per year starting in December 2012.

This might be true for a couple years. At least in my observation, most 320 captains are in there late 40s, some are younger, some are older. We will certainly not have the retirements of the majors.

I know Jetblue is a pretty young pilot group but does anyone have a projected retirement list?

No one has hard data on this because the company won't release a seniority calculator. Basically from what I've gathered it boils down to time, $$, and an attempted over complication of the process. Not all the companys fault.

There was a calculator attempted but only 50% of our lazy arse pilot group submitted the required information.

There has been a calculator attempted several times but the company won't release so much as a year of birth, even hidden behind a calculator app, citing "privacy". It's a crock. They just don't want us to have that information. Draw your own conclusions from that.

You've obviously drawn your own conclusion, but Lake Alice hits the nail on the head. The pilot group could of easily done this, but 50% were too lazy to even send an email.

I spoke with two of the pilots involved. The lack of responce was only a minor problem. The biggest problem was not the retirment part of the calculator, but more guys were trying to build an upgrade calculator. The attempted build was overcomplicated then shut down. The email that was sent out was meant to look like most of the pilots here don't want one.
