Doylehargraves says,
"Fact: Attrition is high regardless of how management wants to justify it."
This sounds like an opinion. Management has given their facts. Where are your numbers (facts) to dispute their facts. This sounds more like B.S.
"It's Official: the union drive will gain an enormous amount of momentum with this great news from our D.O."
Do you have an official announcement to back this up? Once again, it's opinion, and kind of lame at that. Nobody on this forum seems to deal with any type of "facts" to back up their B.S.
How is that even possible...they cover everything except parking?
Will someone from Netjets explain first day shows in relation to your hub and satelite system. Also please explain when you you start first day duty. This might help clear up the confusion.
Did you read my earlier post on this?
Short version: negotiating is give-and-take. In this case, we "gave" parking charges for the small minority of our pilots who are hit with them, in exchange we got a bigger raise for everybody.
... Nobody on this forum seems to deal with any type of "facts" to back up their B.S.

Yes the union vote is very close but this time, unlike in the past, there is such a threat that the drive will succeed that we have DG posting on BB. It is so close that management has their moles out there spreading lies about what will happen if the union is voted in. It is so bad that it is rumored that DG is going to tell everyone during the smoke and mirror meetings that if theySo yes the vote is very close and even tighter on unionizing Flex.vote union in the new compensation package is going to be pulled off the table.

We FLOPS pilots can write the next chapter in the FLEX anti-union play book...
I don't understand this tactic. They use it because they have nothing else and F&H tells them it will work. Sometimes it does IF the workforce is spineless enough and lacks self-respect. It's my opinion that most pilots don't fall into those categories. The above attitude by management only serves to validate the fact that a union is needed. Exactly and the majority of pilots recognize that.
If they play nice and placate the pilot group there would be no interest in unions but when you threaten your work-force and don't respect to their wants and needs you get what you deserve. Absolutely and no one voting for the right to organize should feel bad about doing so. Flex management had ample opportunity to treat the pilots with fairness and respect. They chose to ignore the repercussions of their actions. I think they're underestimating the pilotgroup's determination to stand up to them.
Any serious labor force should have some say as to the direction of their careers.
