Just go to the web site that was posted above and register.

In the last few weeks there have been lots of new Flex pilots posting and asking questions of the FO pilots and the union leadership. It seems to me the tide is turning from a year ago.

I can remember back when they first started to oragnize at FO and I too was worried about signing up and giving my name, now I look back at it and wonder what I was worried about. It was a good decision and I am glad I did it.

I now have piece of mind knowing that major changes will occur only when they are negotiated with the pilots and put in the contract.

Why not get a whole new guest at the party by flex inviting the TWU section of the AFL-CIO?

The way I see it, competition is good and having the teamsters and the AFL-CIO duking it out for bragging rights helps everyone.*****

IMHO, Flex going with the IBT would be stupid. And FO pilots should agree - it's not good for them to have their voice diluted in the pissing match Ricci has created.

Or does flexjet not need a union? Really if I were an NJ or FO pilot the last thing I'd want to see is a FJ union right now... so what is it boys - altruistic support or your company on top? You can only pick one.

You're Kidding... Right?

"Boys..."

That whole thing is funny.

Not going to happen! Research the TWU and then post back. Wouldn't want a organization that has never negotiated a pilot contract in their history and making us their guinea pig. Flight attendants maybe.

Do even a little more in-depth research
They can't even negotiate flight attendant contracts
Flex wifey you been into your husbands cough syrup again?

Not keeping score but it would appear RICCI outscored you guys on several fronts.
Lost vacation days. Ricci. 1 flex zero
Deanna white gone. Ricci 2. Flex zero
Lost three percent 401k match. Ricci 3 flex zero
Out of seniority globals staffed by options pilots. Ricci 4. Flex zero
Dedicated aircraft screwing. Ricci 5 flex zero
Zoot suit uniforms. Ricci 6 flex zero
Annual fuel bonus rescinded. Ricci 7 flex zero
Scheduling changes affecting days off at home. Ricci 8 flex zero
No contact while in dedicated rest.....gone. Ricci 9 flex zero
Positioning legs as part 91 legs instead of included into 135 duty times Ricci 10
Flex zero.
All this after riccis infamous comment after the purchase; "the good news is flexjet is well run and profitable, so we really don't have to do anything."

But he obviously has, to put more money in his pocket and take it from yours. What's it going to take for you guys to have a fighting voice to be reckoned with at the table? Are you going to do anything about your future or just come on this board and keep bitching about what else you have lost?

While I agree that KR has changed a lot, some of your points are not quite accurate. The bonus that was once a fuel bonus is now a who-knows-what kind of bonus. Ask again in April to see if we get paid. Days off/average days worked has not changed. I personally have not noticed any change when it comes to being contacted in rest (Been years since the phone rang in the early hours), and not sure what you mean by the 91 legs vs 135. Nothing new there.

Also, things we did get: KCM, more bases, the PTO policy is nice although I wasn't happy about losing all my saved sick time.

The jury is still out on pto. May I use it at my convenience, or only at their convenience? If the latter, then it is simply a loss of three days sick time.

Good. I'm glad to see people remembering this stuff by writing it down. Even Club's corrections move to ensure the list is as factual as possible. It's been over a year and this reveals the slow steady erosion of your benefits, work rules and the way you perceive your company. It's easy to forget.

Our contract gives us some peace of mind that our pay, benefits, and work rules aren't going to played with or decreased just because someone wants our money to fund a second airplane, company, or wife.
