HA HA HA, That's funny right there. You don't have a COLLECTIVE bargaining agreement, So all 400+ of you will have to defend your INDIVIDUAL employment agreements while splitting the cost of arbitration equally with management. Good luck with that.

Try reading what what he said in AIN:
Ricci told AIN. "We're not asking for pay cuts, and we've tried to preserve salaries. Normally, we'd try to delay a single operating system, but we want [it], the sooner the better..."

Link: http://www.ainonline.com/aviation-news/ainalerts/2014-04-08/flight-options-flexjet-owner-aims-single-operation

You know what else he said in AIN?

"All Flexjet employees, including president Deanna White, will remain in place, Ricci said"

And

"Ricci said that Flexjet LLC will operate separately from Flight Options, with the former providing a luxury ?bespoke? fractional service flying newer aircraft (four years old or less) while the latter will be the ?value? fractional operation with a fleet of mostly pre-owned or remanufactured jets."

Not so on both I guess.

Sensing a theme?

You know KR picked the CA pilots as his prom date first. He was gonna show them a good time and then kick them to the curb. But her dad said no....now he's going after the new girl....telling her how he loves her....they will always be together...let me show you how much I really really love you. I will ALWAYS treat you with respect and honestly...Really I will....just just the tip....just to see how it feels....

Wake up guys. Please.

I keep hearing from Flexjet pilots that when they talk to IBT supporters from FO about a seniority merger they all say they favor DOH. Well, duh! That would heavily favor the FO side. Is this the real end game for the IBT? Get a single carrier cert then take over Flex by putting themselves ahead and furloughing the leftover FJ pilots on the bottom?

And if they want FJ pilots to vote for the IBT after a merger why in hades would they tell people they would push for DOH? That's tying your own noose and jumping off the platform. Even those leaning toward voting union would run away if it meant the possibility of a DOH merger.

We can argue all day about whether or not a DOH merger is legally possible, I'm in no way smart enough to know so I have to consider the possibility.

It needs to be as fair as possible. No FO pilot wants to screw any FLEX pilot. We don't want you to loose one "dime" of your pay. Please understand that will bring down the industry and that isn't good for anybody

Exactly,

I want the Flex pilot to keep their pay and bonuses. That is the best outcome for the FO pilots. I also do not want the Flex pilots to be put at a disadvantage during any SLI.

It may come across that we don't believe what you are saying you were told is true. Since we know who it is ultimately coming from we just want it in writting, preferably in a CBA.

Yes, they will remain separate... for now. After all, playing us off against one another serves his need/want to get rid of the union. When will you guys learn?... KR will say whatever, whenever as long as it suites his needs. So what are you going to believe? (Hint: a little skepticism is healthy, especially about what you hear from management.) Are you finally beginning to understand how he operates now?

So far so good at FJ! I think I have a better understanding of how y'all operate. I have seen you guys trash everyone that challenges the IBT, make personal attacks on people that don't agree with you, call our mgmt liars, one even made a sexual comment about our president. So if you ask who I believe.... I sure as hell don't believe anything that comes from the IBT or the combative A-holes that represent the IBT on this site. BTW, how's the message board going that was set up?

No FO pilot wants to screw any FLEX pilot.

Have you been reading all of the posts from your union brothers? Chief9404 has said that he can't wait until the fall to bid over and take one of our challenger captain seats. That sounds like he can't wait to screw us.

His vote is equal to yours in the union.

You keep telling us that no one wants to screw us, but some of your members feel quite the opposite.

Just like I have been told on numerous occasions, you don't speak for all of the FO pilots.

There are definitely some in your group that are salivating over the hope of a DOH integration so they can better themselves to the detriment of FJ pilots.

Right now the IBTs job is to protect its members. That doesn't include any FJ pilots. Hence why we don't believe any of you guys or what your union say.

You don't believe, because you won't listen to anything that we have to say, and you don't want to believe, after years of dealing with KR, we have some knowledge of him. I find it hard to believe that KR has dramatically changed and is so willing to not do something and just let it be.

There are pilots out there that say stupid things, can't be polite and properly talk to pilots of another company that we are going to be merging with and try to talk about the issues at hand. Same happened during the go/rta merger. Took a few years but all hard feelings toward each are gone, and everyone is together as a group now.

Since we can't talk to you or your management through Yammer for reasons that have been thoroughly talked about and dissected.
Our union is very open to talking, if you don't want to get on the board to find out more, because you don't believe them, then you are just putting yourself at more of a disadvantage. Listening to this crap with anonymous screen names doesn't get much for you.
Take a leap, at least register and read the board. Even call the leadership and talk to them if you want.
But if you want to sit here and say you don't believe our union from stuff on this board and line pilots on the road, when you won't make an effort to hear, read or talk on the Union message board where the info and communications are from leaders and not line pilots interpretations then its your own fault.

Incorrect. I only repeated what KR said he was going to allow. And guess what, without a CBA he can do anything he wants. So if we lose our CBA you can bet your ass I will bid a capt position on a 605.

Without a CBA, how do you think you will "bid" for that?

Also, what makes you think if we merge that your seniority would even allow that.

Arrogance

Go back to drooling over something you won't get.

What about your arrogance saying it couldn't happen. You don't have any clue as to what direction these companies are going to take. With or without a Union, the only person that knows what he is going or trying to do is KR. Anything can happen if the Union is voted out, KR will have free reigns to rule again.
And the first thing KR is going to do is combine pilot groups, maybe we might be able to vote on how we intergrate, maybe he will decide. But going back to FO/RTA merge, once intergrated there were no protections on who bid for what airplane based on where they came from or what the airplane was.
When a slot opened, u could bid. It wasn't bidding to replace

Why is anyone even engaging TWA? We all know who he is and what his personal agenda is..Not going to change that!!!

Just think if we integrate your training goes through him.

Oh wait, I forgot you're nothing more than a digruntled former employee with nothing better to do than post garbage on flightinfo.

Bingo. You get the prize.

Search my previous posts, you haven't seen me trash anybody. I won't defend what others have said, I am simply trying to be a voice of reason in the sea of emotions that is Flight Info. Union representation is an important topic, and if you off-handedly dismiss it because of what a few emotional/misguided individuals have said, then you are short-changing yourself. I don't ask that you believe everything I say, but I would strongly suggest that it would be prudent for you google search KR's history and seriously consider what some of us say about our experiences with him, before you make up your mind. We don't support the IBT because they are the perfect solution, we support the IBT because they are the best possible tool we have for countering KR's management style and tactics.

To all of the hard working employees of Flight Options & FlexJet,

I would like to give each of you something to think about, something for consideration. There is an individual that has been a long time personal friend of KR. This person not only had a close friendship, so he thought, but was also a business partner. As the years past this person always cared for the pilots and employees. This person put out specific email communications on numerous occasions expressing gratitude and thanks to the Flight Option crews. This person always felt an ethical bond between the crews and there family's well being. When KR informed this person of his true business model, which most certainly would harm crew members and there family's, just to give himself more wealth out of egotistical greed, this person expressed his opposition and informed KR that his plan was unethical. After a long friendship and also being business partners KR fired this person without hesitation. It wasn't a yelling match but not to far from it. If KR can do such a thing to someone like this person just think what he will do to you the FlexJet pilot to whom he has no bonds. You, the FlexJet line pilot are at a disadvantage due to not having educated yourself when it comes to what kind of person your now dealing with. Do not be short-sided out of ignorance. Take the time to educate yourself about KR and his previous treatment of employees and his managment philosophy. A creative google search along with reading KR book, ( managment by trust ), should take care of your educational needs. Money is all that matters even over friendship and the ethical treatment of people. This particular person has taken risk to get this information out, he took these risk because of strong ethical convictions. The FlexJet crews and there family's will suffer with the current business model in place. Please don't be foolish and believe for one second that KR will keep you status quo any longer than necessary than needed. The labor is cheaper at Flight Options, you the FlexJet pilots are going to end up without work. KR fully intends to move the flying over to Flight Options. You cannot be more forward than this, this person has looked out for all crew members to the best of his ability, both Flight Options & FlexJet alike. Do yourself and your family a favor, stick together. Flight Options & FlexJet crew members coming together as one solid force is the only way to position yourself to battle corporate greed. My wish is for all crew members to come out unscathed. As crew members it's your only chance of surviving this situation.

When you ask anyone from mgt about that "individual" that got let go they will say nothing. They are so afraid they will be next. Fear by intimidation at its best. I also heard that "individual" may be headed to NJA. I wish him the best of luck.

Twisted Sister rant!

FUD or Rant no matter what message that convoluted post is trying to get across. You will have NO say in your future at flex/flops without a CBA.

According to the well placed insider, we will only have a limited say with a CBA as there will only be about half of us left working.

To accomplish his plan, all KR has to do is convince his Flexjet partners to give him their share of the $185M used to purchase the company, easy.

His plan won't fool most of the Flex owners/customers at all. Most of them have already stated they want nothing to do with the, let's say, tainted reputation of Flight Options. They will be long gone to NJA before he can even get his plan started.
