You guys didn't get jets4jobs...thanks partially to the lawsuit....Your MEC wanted it, and members of our MEC have stated that the lawsuit helped fend off DALPA....I believe it hadn't been for the lawsuit, there would have been super-seniority for furloughed DAL pilots at ASA.....

It's more than clear that NWA pilots will be thrown to the wolves by both management "teams", ALPA and most of all the greed ridden scum that rules DALPA.

If Delta was so bad for the Pan Am pilots why were they fighting tooth and nail to get bids to the equipment that Delta was taking in the deal? I know several of the former Pan Am pilots and while it was not all wine and roses Delta treated them a hell of a lot better than Pan Am ever did. Could Delta have done more? Yes but keep in mind that if Delta had done nothing Pan Am was going to fail and these guys that “got screwed” by Delta would have been filing for unemployment.

Yep sounds like the "Ole Delta Mentality"...it is alright to screw these Pan Am guys because they would have lost their jobs anyway. Great. I'm glad that I was one of the ones that didn't get the opportunity to go from the Blue Ball to Delta. That aside, I wish all the NWA and DAL airmen success in the establishment of a fair and equitable seniority list. Please do not repeat the mistakes of 1991!
