furthermore, tell the rampers to make sure none of the bags that go on GJ flights make it to thier destination, ,let the lack of customer service <edit> go jets....as a veteran ramper it is easy to make this happen with no "paper trail"

..but as a pilot I would much rather see some g0 jets sellout get his <edit> kicked and humilitated in front of many than two planes coliding and getting people hurt

I still haven't figured out how I'm going to handle a Blow Jet pilot trying to jumpseat. We unfortunately have an agreemnet with them.
Just don't let them ride. Jumpseating doesn't equate at all with this radio transmission issue. The radio thing interferes with ATC, your fellow pilots, and the paying passengers. Refusing a jumpseat to a scumbag doesn't do any of that. The jumpseat is a professional courtesy. These guys aren't professionals, so they deserve no courtesy. Period.

The JS agreement that your company has with them isn't really an issue. The jumpseat is always at the Captain's discretion. You alone have the authority over who rides that jumpseat.

It's interesting to hear you, of all people, refer to GJ pilots as "scumbags". There is a lot of experience at GJ. Pilots have come here from mainline and regional carriers, the military, and elsewhere. There is even a pilot in training who used to be an F-15 test pilot for McDonnell Douglas. But as far as I know, none of them handed over $20,000 to get a job at Gulfstream International flying turboprops the way you did.

Their resumes are strong, they are all organizing under the IBT and are expecting to get paid. Ultimately, they will be paid much like everyone else flying similar equipment. The company's initial offer for negotiations that they are paying us now is already higher than Mesa and Skywest. The reason the TSA pilots got the offer they did was because our negotiations slowed determining compensation.

If there is so much experience there, one would think that you wouldn't knowingly do an end run around scope.

Tough talk from a private pilot. Look folks...enough of the threats. If you want a fist fight just do it and quit blowing hot air.

"Speak loudly and carry a little stick" should be your new mantra.

Any time Fuelflow.

TSA profits are creating an alter ego to screw over the very people that made those profits. We will settle our accounts with each and every one of you.

Like the profits gained from AMR to buy those ten EMB's that TSA is flying? (Check the registration on those aircraft sometime)

Remember your use of the AX reverse codeshare agreement? Didn't you guys say back then that it was okay because it was legal?

How about the flying you guys aquired after the non-voting contract extension that let you guys underbid ACA for UA flying? Or the USAir jet flying that should have gone to a wholly-owned company?

For any TSA pilot to bash a GJ pilot for end-running scope is the pot calling the kettle black.

Fuelflow, you sound as if you are saying that "since you guys did it, well now we are really going to do it to you".

Is that the gist of your statement? TSA pilots were working on getting a new contract and raising the bar at tsa until you and your buddies provided the lever for the company to drive down tsa further. G0jet pilots are responsible for signing on with a company that from its beginning was only intended to whipsaw the larger pilot group. You know it now and you knew it back then. You took the risk and you felt like you might get away with it. Call me crazy but I wish you hadn't made that decision, for the good of everyone. YOU AND ME. We both lost.

I'm sure the ORD express rampers will do anything we want, since we were so supportive to them in their fight for job protections. The former UFS,Great Lakes, ACA, AWAC, and now United rampers don't want to see some newbies take our jobs.

Oh you de-ice ??? Wow, makes me feel so much better...

"DUDE, WE MADE IT TO 410 !!!"

WOW, real mature comment there buddy!!!!!:erm: I'd hate to hear some CVR's from Corp or 135 crashes. I flew both 121 and 135/91, and can tell you that the EXACT same level of professionalism exists in both worlds!!!! You do your job, have a great time (whatever it consists of that day), and go home. Not one area of aviation is more professional than the other!!! The situations are different and people do different things to show their emotions. I remember when old, mature NJ pilots were going to "blacklist" 135 carriers that did "their" trips. What the hell was that all about??? Is that really professionalism???
