Do tell, what did you guys get?

Also what did KR talk about on yabbadabbado? Since we don't have access

At this point, why do you want access to something that you mock? I know it's like beating a dead horse but you made the reference. And since we've debated our Pilot Agreement vs your CBA to death on here, it may be worth mentioning that any changes to our basing policy, which is set to include up to 30 new bases, will be voted on by the pilots before any changes are made. I guess there is some validity to it after all.

So what increase did you guys get, are you afraid to tell us.

Extra years added to FO and Challenger captain payscales and daily OT will now be paid at 1.25 or 1.5 times your daily rate dependent on whether the day was voluntary or forced. It used to be a set rate that no longer offered much in in incentive above the normal daily rate. It's somewhat better now. The voluntary OT is much more attractive, but most guys don't want to work more than the 16 days per bid period that is already forced on them.

That's good, make the forced OT pay for being away from your family.

Was anyone maxed on the payscale and stuck at that pay with no annual raise?

Why nothing added for the Lears?

Don't you know by now that no one gets a raise when Netjets is in contract negotiations? Let's face it, until we're as big as them, they set the tone for our industry.

If we had access to something that you didn't and our owner was telling us things, but you couldn't be involved in that conversation, the same conversation that might and probably does affect all of our futures, you wouldn't want to be part of that?

Every year we have FO's that top out so they keep adding an additional year. The Challenger CA's that have topped out get a merit raise but I have no idea how much. However, when the Lear CA's top out there is no such merit raise for some bizarre reason?!? Something to do with the way it worked 10-15 yes ago or something.

I probably would but it seems that everyone on here seems to make a big joke of Yammer when in fact there is a lot of good information that we get from it. Yes, there are a bunch of silly things that the office folk post but what do you expect from people who are stuck in that environment every single day?

Unfortunately the forced OT and holiday pay is the lower of the two payouts. Trying to incentivize working more I'm sure, but it would be nice to be equally compensated for missing virtually every holiday on the calendar with your family year after year. But they didn't ask me.

Lear Captain Pay doesn't increase because the aircraft only generates so much revenue for the company. The challengers generate much more revenue hence the increase of a merit raise. So as long as you stay in the Lear you will never see an increase (once you top out) until you move to a challenger. That's straight from JW AND DW.

I wish you were correct on the age guess and you're way off on the equipment. I'm sure you're married and have a great relationship but that doesn't mean that I took any bait that you dangled out there. The fact is that you got all wrapped up in your hatred for me and TWA that you threw a ridiculous comment out there and now you're trying to walk it back.

If you promise to go overseas and never post here again I'll gladly buy your one way ticket to some sandbox hellhole. Just tell me when. And also, I don't live in Dallas or Addison, not even Texas, but nice try again. My home is FAR from a mansion and we have a very modest above ground pool. You're a pitiful soul who thinks I want to destroy what you've built. But I'm curious...what have you contributed so mightily to our industry? And Btw, have you gotten wind to some of the increases to our compensation yesterday? Not much, but what did you get???

We got a merger plan with a weak ass pilot group. I hope your pipes freeze next winter in Fargo wonder pilot. I bet you a weeks paycheck your within 2 years of thirty five. Keep the faith in princess Deanna, the judges will have the final say.

One more lesson for the day Twat and V1. Kenn Ricci loves burning other peoples money and other peoples airframe hours. The only regret I have professionally is not ejecting when he got us the first time in december 01. So sit back and be snide with we got ours and let the chips fall where they may. Your in for the ride of your life, hopefully the remaining investors keep his greed in check. I do not look forward to ever having to share a cockpit with either of you. Maybe you could ask some mercury air employees what it was like working for uncle kenny. None the less I am sure you are professional aviators and may get past your new 135 check rides. Best of luck, don't knock yourself out flying al those hours for kenny.

Interesting how this thread has become silent since of the revision of Flops FOM showing the new Senior Leadership Team. Also, hopefully a lesson has been learned by the individual making sick sexual remarks about our CEO of Flex who is now one of the CEO's of Options.

Lastly, by calling out TWA ASA FO by name, you may have problems getting an interview at Flex when the time comes to offer current Options pilots an interview if someone calls you out by name. TWA is probably part of the interview panel since he's a lead instructor.

Just sayin'...

HMMM Interesting sounds like a threat to me! And DW is only the CEO on paper until KR gets union voted out. Then she will be quietly moving on to pursue other interests. And then a real lesson will be learned. I don't know what comment was made about DW but I would like to hear it? was it true?

Since I was the one who called him, FR8DOG777, out on it I remember it vividly. It's post #907, page 61 of the Flexjet/Flight Options/SkyJet thread that has been dormant for awhile. Pretty sure you were part of the discussion there but strange how you don't remember such an outrageous comment that had absolutely no place in the discussion. I'm not suggesting that you condone his comments but find it odd that you don't recall them.
