If they are boarding a flight, yes. If not then there are not people going continously and you can also go underneath the stairwell, They are not all the same at every gate!

This is a crock. Way back when, a female friend of mine brought one of her friends to one of our fraternity parties. She hooked up with one of our pledges in the chapter room. The next day, she (or her family) called the sherriffs, who arrested the pledge for rape. She said he raped her. He said she didn't. We had no choice, under all the pressure from the school and other Greek houses to can him from the house. 3 days after the fact, she then confesses that she made it up, because her father found out (I don't know how) that she'd had sex. That pledge had the same first name as me. Not only was his life screwed because of her, but my life was made difficult as well - "Johnny the Alpha Beta was arrested for rape! Oh my god!!" "You're Johnny? What house? Alpha Beta? Ummm, I think I need to go wash my hair..."

The guy's an idiot. If he raped her, he should go to prison where he can experience it himself. But there is a chance he's telling the truth, that it was consensual. And like it or not, if 16 is the age of consent in Georgia and she said yes, it was consensual.

He was NOT charged with statutory rape. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault.

Sounds like the Moral Majority (what a joke) is alive and well. I think the courts
may get to the bottom of this but based upon the number of guys getting out on bogus charges, via DNA resources, maybe that is even to much to wish for. BTW, if you needed to be of good moral character to hold an ATP, I would suspect that we could thin the ranks of professional pilots quickly.
