He is still in jail on a $220,000 + bond so it looks like he may be there until trial. I spoke to his attorney Friday and he said that there has been a turn in the case in Michael's favor but he wasn't at liberty to say what it was. That's about all I know.

No new word as of yet. He's still in jail because of this rediculous bond. I saw him on Monday and he said that there was someone that was just put in with an almost identical case on a $10,000 bond. So I don't know, They must think he's loaded.
