I've heard this in three different places now. I don't have a problem using Pinnacle's DOH as the first day of class. If what I have heard a few times actually happened (big if), I would lose the last shred of respect I have for Pinnacle pilots and/or the ones that represent that pilot group. Oh, and Smarta$$'s last few posts have already made me lose respect for him. At least Flyer and Doin' Time are cordial in their posts even though I disagree with what they say most of the time.

And I give a crap what you think? I have held my tongue for weeks while you all said how unfair Pinnacle had been with their seniority list proposals. Now the truth is that XJ starts with 7 to 1???

I have no respect for the attitudes I have seen on this board from XJ, and you. So, I have no respect for you.

Wow, just wow. You are a real piece of work.

Feel free to correct me but....

The argument is that there are issues with the seniority dates of furloughed XJ pilots that came to PCL who did or did not return to XJ when the recall was offered.

At this point, yes. Earlier there were also issues with the updated list that 9E sent as provided by management containing old and incorrect data that conflicted with the earlier certified list. It has been said that this issue has been resolved.

I would rather Bloch get it right the first time. Go ahead and get the disputes out the way before the list comes out then dispute it in court after the binding list comes out, and a few guys in question take it up the cornhole an nothing can be done. Hell, if you were the one who was going to get screwed because of a honest mistake, wouldn't you like for someone to find the mistake and fix it before its too late and you can't fix it?

Without going to far into this... I will say you got bad intel. Your source is wrong. If you want correct info, talk only to an SLI negotiator. We have all received bad intel before, so, I still respect you. Just not your source.

The company already complied with the JCBA and changed DOH to class date. That's where XJ has an issue. It's in the contract and "class date/DOH" differences don't exist in the list. Everyone is on parity but the dispute was that some wanted 9E to be forced to use "checkride DOH" instead of class start date like the other 2. The MOU pilots were also in play.
