You're welcome. Even the guy who decided to go on a political rant.

Maybe lowering the seat in my new 717...

Enjoy your engine failures, my Popeye's crumbs, crusty boogers and various body fluids. We'll be sure to send 'em right over...nice and used, with seats smelling of only the freshest of farts. Enjoy!:D

I honestly don't understand what the big fuss is. Lets look at some facts with this TA.

* The overall number of RJs is reduced. -218 CRJ-200s and +70 CRJ-900s.

* Net seats at DCI decrease. -10,900 seats + 5,320 seats = net loss of 5,580 seats at DCI

* DCI's current size will be reduced drastically after this TA (net overall).

* The 76 seaters are already at regionals throughout the industry. The biggest threat, IMO, today is the 100 seater range. I do NOT want to see any Bombardier C-Series or other similar aircraft at 100-110 seats at the regionals. This TA ensures that the 110 seater market is filled by Delta, flown by Delta pilots, with the 717.

* More mainline jobs and less regional jobs with this TA as soon as the planes move.

Wow, don't know how to answer that one, except....Enjoy your SW stagnation, and staple. Maybe by the time you retire, you'll be off reserve!:D

The line in the sand use to be 50 seats. Then 70. Now 76. Soon 100 will "not economical to fly at mainline".

The line was maintained at 76 seats. Delta wanted 82 seaters in exchange for larger pay raises and the NC said that was a deal breaker and was not up for discussion. Never say never but DALPA and the pilots will never allow anything over 76 seats. Management just tried and it didn't happen.

Along with your larger RJs! Did I mention we don't have any? You know ZERO.

Did I mention we will be paid HIGHER than the utopia southwest and still don't require our pilots to buy their jobs?
Please keep up the entertainment, your infatuation with us is flattering!

Did I mention we will be paid HIGHER than the utopia southwest !

When does Song's rates match ours? Three years from now right? Say it ain't so Scoot!

Oh that's right, you paid from them with your PROFIT SHARING. Pretty embarrassing trade off.

So do your work rules, pay and benefits, but lay it all on scope...
You're too funny. Somewhere a village is looking for you!

Village...Idiot... Oh I get it! Did you make that up all by yourself? It's true-our contract sucks. Negotiated after 9-11 with the bankruptcy gun to our heads, and a corrupt NC who all work for management now. Passed by 58%. The 58%ers are idiots too. Delta is a healthy, profitable airline. What's your excuse for the scope concessions? I guess it was too much to hope that DAL pilots wouldn't give another inch on large RJs. This has no doubt given our management leverage to force large RJs down our throats. Hence my frustration.

Boeing will actually take them first, clean them up, paint them, put in new seats, and install wifi. I believe your new owner may also be paying DL money per month or per year to take them off of their hands. Sounds like a great deal, minus your boogers.

Bye Bye----General Lee
