It is now with FAR 117. It is tougher to give last minute trips to reserves because they don't know if they got 10 hours rest. They would rather give out "white slips" (voluntary pick up, normal pay) or "green slips" (double pay) because you are volunteering and sort of acknowledging you are rested. Also, 75/767 "ER" used to have 24 hour callout for INTL reserve, and now it's 12 hours due to 117. But, short call is still limited to 6 per month via the contract. The contract wins. They are now short on the 7ER, and 50 new spots wil be on next bid.
