A little less than NJ.
First year FO will be $55,510 for 7 on 7 off. Also said that we will be getting new schedule options with appropriate pay scales, but for now we will remain on the 7/7 schedule. 5 Year captain 101K. Tops out at 142K for a 15 year captain.

When would it go into effect? FlexJet still has more than 2 months to go before our "better than industry average pay" sets in. I guess it wont be better anymore....

If true, congrats guys and gals!! Looks like the fracs are fast becoming the place to be.
Exciting times for us!

And yes, my hat's off to CS management and Flex management for stepping up. I'll be one of the first to jump on em when they do stupid things but will also happily give credit where it's due.

Enjoy the raise. You all deserve it!

Let's all thank the Netjets union for its hard work and dedication to increasing industry pay standards.

Great news for the CS pilots out there. Now, let's see if that impacts the attrition rate...

So far its a 7/7 raise, based on 182 days a year.

Wont post the whole thing.

CA
1 - 83270
5- 101762
10- 120,261
15- 142,122

FO
1 - 55,510
2 - 58,286
3 - 61,200
4 - 64,260
10- 79738

New schedules will come out to compliment the 7/7 including (rumored) 8/6, 6/8, 4/10, with varied pay. 4/10 would be less pay, but more QOL.

Lets get all the fracs together and raise it up!

Any chance in hell this will help speed up the process for the FLOPS guys?

Great to hear about CS! The markets do work. Way to set the bar NJA!
