Any chance in hell this will help speed up the process for the FLOPS guys?

Great to hear about CS! The markets do work. Way to set the bar NJA!

What's the likelihood that Avantair will see a little boost? I realize Avantair doesn't have the same level of resources but I still hope you guys see an increase. You should - otherwise watch more of your guys flock to the higher-paying fractionals. You basically do the same job in a different airplane.

Good luck!

ATP required??

Being one who has looked at going to the fracs I am quite thrilled to see the recent upswing in salaries and benefits you guys have rightfully been awarded.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but will CS even consider one without full ATP? I have the written done but it would be nice to combine a type rating ride with an ATP check. I know it has been done at Flex and that XO will accept applications with ATP written only.
I of course realize the chance of being called with the full ATP is bigger, and if it's a must I will go ahead and spend the dough.

Once again congrats to all (or at least most) fracs guys out there.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! You will never ever see avantair pay anything like that. First of all the avantair fractional owners are mostly the "POOR RICH" people. Secondly many many many things need to happen, first off they need to stop bleeding money, secondly work rules have to improve quite a bit, if it pretty much takes an act of congress to get a crew meal then that just tells you how much they "care"

Are you talking about avantair or flops?

That is FANTASTIC news.

It is well earned all!

Profitability is the key and the conference call from yesterday still indicates that it should happen by the middle part of this calender year. That is of course if sales keep up.

Any word on if they are going to add any new domiciles or possibly extending the 2 hour drive requirement from home to domicile airport?

Please re-read my question. I didn't say a raise at the same level but instead I said "a little boost." Nobody expects Avantair to pay the same amount as Netjets or CS. I agree the Avantair needs to ensure financial stability first. Losing experienced pilots to NJA or CS or Flex certainly won't help matters. This is a people business - and that's the point. Evidently the management at FLOPS doesn't know that.

You got your raise because of the hard work put in by the people at Flexjet.
