Just a point of fact Bubba Dog but research the previous name for USAirways Group and you will see it was America West Airlines Holdings inc. The previous company using that name ceased to exist after the merger.

Does this this matter to you and i and how the seniority list is integrated? No, porbably you and I both will not be happy with the outcome. Such is our industry. The one fact is that although we currently work for seperate companies under the same holding company, in a year we wont. And in that time I hope we can stop fighting eachother and find the strengh to get a good combined contract and have some fun flying together.

Sounds like a great idea!

Nice to see you've been talking to yourself while I've been gone. As far as 50/50, that's right fair and equitable to you is a stable to the bottom. Look at Section II.B.3 & 4. One more case of ignoring the agreement. Oh, never mind reading it. You're going to ignore it anyways.

I often talk to myself and probably look a lot like your avitar doing it... :)

Section 2.B 3 & 4 talk about seperate operations. Are you saying an AAA crew has flown an AWA aircraft? or vice-versa?? I don't think that has happened...

e) “The current and announced flying, as of the effective date of this agreement, between points west of the Mississippi River and the State of Hawaii will be flown by America West pilots.”

The Hawaii flying wouldn't have made it to arbitration if it wasn't based on something.

Oh, if I don't respond for awhile, don't think I'm ignoring you. It's because I have to go fly around in your 737(west of the Mississippi).

Haven't heard anything about that. Did we fly a trip to Hawaii? I know the transition agreement allows that on a limited basis. It also allows AWA to go to Europe on a limited basis. But if it a grievance was filed on the Hawaii flying, I guess there must have been a flt to the islands. I'll ask around.

Enjoy your trip, I'll anxiously await your return. Keep that seat warm now, we'll be back... ;)

Quoting the Arbitrator from page 14 mid paragraph
" ... the AWA pilot group overreaches when it demands a one-half share .."

Sounds like you pushed it as hard as you could.

He also said the AAA offer of 10 Capt and 10 F/O Slots were "Less than fair and equitable",too. Looks like the AAA Boys' true colors show once again......
