That isn't entirely correct. Years 1-5 you get 2.5% from the company plus you also get a dollar for dollar match up to 4%. So if you put in at least 4%, you will get 6.5% from the company. At year 6, you get 4% from the company and dollar for dollar match up to 5%. So if you put in 5%, you will get 9% from the company.
