Runway 22 is a "day time only" runway and is NOT lighted- according to the airport authority.

That is completely incorrect, I landed on it last night. The VASI is decomissioned, The Papi is OTS and the REILs are OTS but the runway lights work. I landed there last night.

There is complancency when you take off from the wrong freakin runway! and kill a load of people. Look at where the crash is. . .

the crash site's location suggests that it is a possibility but, it still isn't conclusive. if you weren't being so presumptuous and sensationalistic, you might see that there are a number of scenarios that might result in the crash site's location. most professional pilots at least wait or the NTSB's preliminary report before drawing a conclusion/
