I think the revealed truth here is that you'd be more content working all day, every day with no travel responsibilities. A bizarre choice in vocation, really, as the "reality" of QOL in having a more ordinary job is functionally illusionary.

Hey Glass......did you actually get 6 new pilots since the hiring stopped 14 months ago....or did you simply replace the pilots who left during that 14 months?

The cabinet maker is railing against you SL types because he sees you as suckers for not bailing into a more traditional line of work. He regards Avant compensation to be sub-par. While this is certainly true, it isn't bad either given the decent schedule.

My case is simply that the cabinet maker hasn't one.
