Sorry....and you know that how? Because that was the speculation that people wrote on FI??? Or is it possible that nobody has ANY IDEA what happened in this case?

You are an ***********************************!

(ps...suspend me, mods. That comment is scum. You don't know what this guy went through, and the lady lived in a very nice home and neighborhood, not a trailer park)

Thats typical PRBstreetgang... most immature person on here.

Of course he is. Why not. A jury found him innocent. He has every right to maintain his job.

James Dunn of the Forsyth County District Attorney's Office began by reciting a text that Smith allegedly sent Delaney on the night of the fire.

"Buy three bottles of wine so he will pass the [expletive] out."

The state proceeded to paint a picture of infidelity, deception and greed of Smith and Delaney. It was revealed last year during Delaney's first hearing in Magistrate Court that the two were involved in an affair since December 2009.

The state also mentioned that Smith and Delaney had reason to kill Michael Smith due to his lucrative life insurance policy, of which Jill Smith is the sole beneficiary. But while defense attorneys admitted the couple was engaged in an affair they maintain there is no evidence that proves either one of them set the fire that killed Michael Smith.

Quite often people will drink a bunch of wine, crawl upstairs to pass out, and decide that freshening up with a gasoline doosche and a smoke was a good idea.

If you are having sex with another man's wife, the very least you can do is give the guy a glass of water when the bitch sets him on fire. What was he doing when the arson occurred, watching Gilligan's Island?

Ennnnght!
He was found not guilty, he does not have to go to prison, he might have a hard time keeping his ATP, given the good moral character clause, if the DA has a hardon for this guy, it might be hard to keep the ATP in his pocket, karma is a biaotch! While he may not have been convicted, airlines are funny about trust, handing a pilot the keys to an expensive jet and more than 50 people as paying passengers may give Brad a pause for reflection, remember this guy was very close to a murder for profit scheme and the burden of proof for employment is much lower for a job...the car wash needs towel jockeys.

Oh boy the moral police is out again. Everybody skeletons in the closet. No one's perfect, and history has proven those that are quick to pass judgement on others are the ones that have even worse offenses hiding behind them.

That's true, everyone has burned someone to death...

He's been judged and found innocent, you should at the very least stop judging him. I look forward to seeing Pete on the Line. Good guy in a very tragic effed up situation. He's innocent and has been proven so. From what I saw he shouldve never been on trial.

You want to judge him on infidelity, then you got about half the asa list first you need to go down.
