80,000 in five years is NOT what it is today or was five years ago. It's called inflation, and managements proposal doesn't account for it. Not to mention the women in Atlanta who truly believe they are owed a living. Kudos if you live comfortably.

married 18yrs. 2 kids. A nice home with land. decent enough savings. and plenty of time to enjoy it all.

I have friends in many different professions. Not many of them are keeping up with inflation. Infact, most are losing ground to inflation and still envy my/our QOL.
