Thank God!
Lets put it out for a vote, so we can move on.
How long before the next drive comes out?
Latest VARS update said that the numbers of cards required for a secret ballot has been exceeded......So much for the drive being dead.
CFIT... you'll be doing quality committee work before you know it....
Admittedly, there is a bit of satisfaction in knowing you've helped your fellow pilot with resources you would've not have had otherwise and the sincere thanks and respect that comes with it......

OH! notice that, small primates extruding from my nether regions, and they appear aerodynamic.
Ya, something like that.....

Why are you ALPA guys leaving for non union places??
JetBlue and Virgin America pay more. You knew that, didn't you?
How, exactly, is the union drive making your life miserable? Maybe you should be talking these feelings out with a therapist.
I would just like the truth.. This is so alpa to do this. If you want SkyWest then start by giving us the facts. How many cards are back. Eveyone you talk to has a different story. This is why most of us left alpa airlines to come to SkyWest! My guess is they have the 35% and are just trying to stir the pot, keep things alive. What ever!!!

You obviously need a history lesson about SkyWest management, only then will you realize that management does not give a rats A$$ about "Being the employer of choice". If you ever get the chance to fly with a 20 year captain be humble enough and ask them to fill you in on management's failures.
I'm not nearly a 20 year captain but close, and most are of the same way, no thankyou ALPA. Wev'e been through so many drives and after the fact most if not all are happy with what we have.
ALPA is going to have to come up with a substantial performance package and history to push the majority to make this happen. What ahppened 30 years ago is not relevent.

The funny thing is that a lot of ALPA supporters are leaving for non union airlines like Virgin America or JetBlue. This shows me they just want to hurt SkyWest and have a chance to stir the pot. Why are you ALPA guys leaving for non union places??

I was always told if isn't broke don't fix it. Going ALPA would just even the playing field for the have-not regionals. They know we hold an unfair advantage over them by not having a union. Thanks for the rhetoric. Get back to us when a vote is actually in place. Until then, I'll just consider it a worn out scare tatic.
