This is what fair and equitable boils down to.

No, fair and equitable boils down to what kind of leverage one has to negotiate with. No nerves struck here. I understand completely where the leverage is so there is no need to rationalize any further. Looking forward to being a part of the team.

Can the bantering stop between the AT/SWA guys. Let OY6/GL talk to herself with bill lumberg. Even Ty has stopped.

Whoa maybe you can show us how to shoot a CAT III.

CAT I- Shoot the cat, leave it where it lays.

CAT II- Shoot the cat, throw it into the bushes.

CAT III- Shoot the cat, drop it into the pre dug hole.

CAT IV- Involves waterboarding before shooting, you don't wanna go there...

Don't have a dog in this fight but from my perspective, the AirTran guys got a great deal when SWA bought/merged with your company. I know there are a lot of factors that go into bringing this pilot group together but I believe the AT guys were extremely greedy in not accepting the deal. You guys clearly want your cake and eat it too. I'll duck now but that's how the average pilot or person in general views this. Good luck.

Seriously?

SWA career expectations: 737 CA.
AAI career expectations: 737 CA.

End of discussion.

Alaska career expectations: 737 CA
Miami Air career expectations 737 CA

No wait........

Delta career expectations: International wide-body CA
World career expectations: International wide-body CA

End of discussion

No wait......

Fedex career expectations: International wide-body CA
Kalitta career expectations: International wide-body CA

This one is hilarious. lol

SWA career expectations: Great pay and benefits
AAI career expectations: 1/2 great pay and benefits

Only once has pay been considered a career expectation. And that was when a failing carrier merged with a solvent one.

Obviously this scenario does NOT apply to AAI/SWA.

Alaska career expectations: 737 CA
Miami Air career expectations 737 CA

End of discussion

No wait........

Delta career expectations: International wide-body CA
World career expectations: International wide-body CA

End of discussion

No wait......

Fedex career expectations: International wide-body CA
Kalitta career expectations: International wide-body CA

End of discussion

And in all of those scenarios, DoH would be in order. Only when there are differences between widebody and narrowbody fleets are "career expectations" an issue.

Sorry if that defeats your arbitration program.
