...regional probably caused his furlough in the first place...

No the guys sitting to his left caused his furlough...when they gave up scope 20 years ago because they didn't want to fly the baby jets. Didn't NWA fly F-27 up until the late 80's?

I think NWA's last prop was the Convair. Mesaba flew the F-27 for NWA back then.

What you are talking about is a bilateral flow up flow down with all branded flying. You might see this attempted here at DAL once the blood letting ends at DCI. It is a great concept in theory. What it basically does is keep the B scale off of the mainlines hands and away from its negotiation capital. Not necessarily good from a unity stand point, but it may be what is ultimately achievable.

I don't think so, for no reason other than nobody either at mainlines or the regionals has that much foresight.

What do you mean by 'B scale'?

Taken from another message board.

"New rule: once you join a regional, you stay at a regional. Majors should only hire military pilots, corporate pilots and heavy jet pilots from the non-sched/ACMI world. Why...because those pilots got their experience from activities that didn't undermine the very job they hoped to attain."

Maybe we can get a proposal that makes you turn in your screen name and password. That way we don't have to ready your crap.

What happened to all your "one big happy family" crap? What about you talk of all of us together, singing the Barney song? Gen PeePants assimilate you since you left your lowly "commuter?"

-How soon we forget that the lowly "commuter" you claim to have worked for hired dozens of furloughed DAL guys a few years back-just not at the top of the list.

Brown is just a massive flamebater-ignore him.
