That guy is full of BS, it doesn't even know how to spell FlightSafety and it says it went their, I'm doing my best to ignore it.
Another FlightSafety Academy Grad.
What state are you in? Some states only pay for **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** like CDL's, you ask for pilot training and they basically blow you off.
You need to contact the WIA board of the state you're in.
PM me.

I got tired of looking at my old VMA 214 patch I had up there.

That doesn't sound very hard to do, when I left Flightsafety Academy some of the CFI's were going to the regionals without ever instructing. Chicago Express would practically grab the new CFI's and interview them before they had a chance to get out of the plane from their checkride.

I have to put a vote for 160/180 horsepower J-3 Cubs. Love those 20' takoff rolls.
I miss hand propping those things by myself without being tied down and watching peoples reactions (must have at least 500 starts like that). Banner towing days lots of fun but couldn't make a living at it.
panicware.com Pop-Up Stopper Free Edition works great, it's a small download, 456Kb. I've used it for a few months with no problems at all.

The U.S. Navy has a 400 Meg download that adds several aircraft and lessons to FS2002, I believe they use this to supplement pilot training, they used to use it anyway, not sure they still are. You can download it here. https://wwwcfs.cnet.navy.mil/microsimptt/

I bought Deer Stags for 49 bucks and they're real comfortable and look as good as the Marine Corps issue leather dress shoes I had to wear with my charlies back in the day but they're a hell of a lot more comfortable...
no monthly limit, you'll find there is a limit to the number of hours per program the va approves, so you might not get 60% of the whole course back, this happened to me at flightsafety academy, the va only approved x number of multiengine hours and flightsafety academy's course had more multi...
Going to have to borrow 60% of the $7380. to get a 737 Type from Higher Power Aviation. Anyone been through this course that used the GI Bill know if you get the full 60% back?
