Yeah "Flex guys and gals"...do what we did so you can be just as "happy" as we are!

This Kenn guy is really off the wall and wants to ruin the business he just bought for a thrill. The fact that he has led several successful business and continues to attract investment capital is a mirage.

Lucky said it best a few posts ago..."I can't wait for this sale to close so we can see if things stay to same or turn to crap as the 5 or 6 FLOPS guys here predict. I can finally relax slightly or start job hunting."

Open your eyes and talk to pilots from RTA, nothing will change with your benefits, right now. Ricci wants you all FLex'rs happy that is until the day after the union vote. This is the same book that was written back at RTA when RTA and Flops merged. Ricci painted such a rosie picture that the vote failed, and then the fun began. Even pilots date of hire dates were changed.

I'm not so sure about the single carrier status and honestly don't want it.

I would like to see the FLOPS crews brought up to same compensation as Flexjet. It will be great seeing FR8DOG thanking every 'Flex puke' he sees for his raise.

The only pukes I was referring to flying for flex were the ones enjoying the benefits netjets "union" negotiated for them. I never said you should lick our boots, you can lick broke and gunfighters boots if you like though. I liken the union haters at flex to the draft dodgers that fled to canada when their draft card came up. I'm not gonna lose any sleep or try to convince you that unions are good. Uncle kenny is gonna do that for us. What I was referring to was the time will soon come for you flex guys to roll up your sleeves and help promote the fractional pilot standard of living.

What is really sad here is reading all the comments from flops guys that seems happy to drag a pilot group "Down" to their level. What should happen is for them to move themselves up to Flex's level. I have worked for both a union airline and a non union and can tell you the ibt is a big part of the problem. If you think they will help, hold on, we waited for 5 years to get a average contract just to have them(IBT) roll back most of the contract with LOA's. PS single carrier will never happen. It is a simple old vs new (think blacbberry vs iphone) Flex don't need Flops, but Flops need Flex.

Dog, you have serious unresolved issues; seek help. The 2 situations you're comparing aren't even on the same planet.

Yes, the Netjet contract raised the bar and the crews at Flexjet and Shares benefited (I wish the FLOPS crews were enjoying some of the benefits as well).
But, their contract was all about THEM, don't make it sound like they were taking one for the team

Wise words

Ok I'll bite. It's scary that you share the sky with the rest of us. Flexjet has raised the bar and has promoted a quality standard. Didn't know you had to have a union for that to be recognized. According to your theory the fractional industry should be upset with the Flight Options group that agreed to such a crummy union contract which is dragging the rest of the industry down. But we are more sensible than you and we are not angry but wish you all the best. I suggest immediate counseling to help cope with your issues.

Wow. What a piece of work you are. I'll just bet you're a real joy to be with in the cockpit and on the line. A real inspiration to us all. I Don't think anyone has insulted so many with such little effort. I hate to stoop to your level but please just do us all a favor and step back from the keyboard, take a moment to decide and do whatever it takes to end your miserable existance. Otherwise take your draft dodging, union hating roll up our sleeves crap you're spewing and go F%^& yourself.

What a Moron.

P.S. You don't have to look any further than the mirror FR8 to undestand while Options is the "BARGAIN BRAND" in this scenario.

really, look at the state of the economy the day the contract was signed, oh and look at the state of FLOPS the day the contract was signed, oh and 70 guys had been fired, yea we all voted in the crappy contract. its a starting point. Gotta start somewhere. Rome wasn't built in a day. Stop Armchair quarterbacking.
