Need what? I tell it like it is. This is also an anonymous rumor board, and anyone can give an opinion. If you back it up, then even better. Have a great one!

Bye Bye---General Lee

I think he meant Good Luck, but then again everything revolves around you General ;-)

He said that to me, and I asked him for clarification. Thanks for the dictator upgrade, though. ;)

Why did ALPA National allow something like this to happen? They do represent the Regional Pilots, don't they?

Maybe PNCL was truly in a spot they couldn't get out of? Nobody would lend them DIP financing in BK. Sometimes there are no good options. And regardless of what people say, the 50 seaters don't make money with $90 a barrel oil. So, honestly, what should be done? At least there is some sort of a bridge program, even if it isn't guaranteed. It's watered down compared to what a normal applicant will do, and often the toughest thing to get is the interview itself. ALPA at least put that in there.

I will walk with my ID inside my shirt pocket.
Ohhhhhh,

Who's a grumpy bear?
You are!
That's who!

Ha ha ha. Wow, way to stand up for yourself.

Better yet,

Maybe all you militant no voters (I get not all no voters are militant) should get together and wear your epaulets upside down so the aviation world will know how you voted. Then all the other pilots won't think you are a spineless, pu^&y like me and you can feel better about yourself. You could even wear them that way if you get a USAir interview, because after all, being a no voter will get you hired faster. Hopefully, it will also make your commute easier too.

Just trying to help.

Way over your head but obviously not your vanity. There are other acronyms for GL other than General Lee...such as good luck!

Delta management put that in there, via ALPA. Do you think when they demand half-rate contracts from the other DCI carriers they will offer the same deal? Nope. This is the camel's nose under the tent. It's in.

Ill tell it your face how about that? I am embarrassed by this pilot group. What part don't you understand? I didn't vote NO to get hired faster! I voted NO because I know for a fact they pushed us against the wall and scare everyone to force us to work for TACOBELL wages with a QOL worse than the 1999 contract! Now if I don't move on to greener pasture Im stuck working for ******************** wages for 7 years all because " it could've been worse". My sake is to get out of aviation and trust me im working on it. SCABS.

You are right. Sorry about that. I am sometimes referred to as GL. (Probably plenty of other things too). ;)
