I wouldn't be surprised if it gets thrown out as frivolous and those folks are fined and required to pay ALPA legal costs.

Wow in ur case Ty its not arrogance/greed it's stupidity...

How about just answering the question . . . . Have you upgraded yet?

If not, how many more of our airplanes do you need to cross the partition before you upgrade?

Thanks in advance for answering the question on the third time it was asked.

Why does that matter?

Ok Ty, I know u know I was hired at SWA b4 u were hired at AAI... So like u I have upgraded, as u well know...like the gen u should lay off the "messenger shooting" but unlike the general u cannot defend urself and the actions of the MEC so u resort to character assassination...

What I don't get is after reading the complaint against ALPA/AAI MEC and understanding what the MC knew regarding GKs intentions, that not EVERY AAI pilots name is not on the lawsuit...

Ty, every airplane I sign for is registered to SWA..."your" airplanes are owned by SWA...

Congratulations. . . . Now, maybe you can learn to act like a Captain, and stay out of stuff that isn't your business or your concern?

Going back to a representative body like congress or an Alpa Mec. Do they not have the authority to vote anyway they want for whatever reason they want? Maybe It was just the loss in seniority that was enough to vote it down and move on to arbitration. I don't see a problem with that. I am also aware of the "threat" issue that has been discussed at length but were those threats facts and published or just inferred to?
Also if we can sue a representative body for not voting they way we want I would like to be first to sue congress. I have a few issues with them:) And they vote without me knowing all the details such as health care reform! But with congress and an Alpa Mec we vote for reps to vote for us. It's not a democracy.
