Y'all are TOO funny! My point was, the worldwide economy is gonna get much worse, and we might want to ease up on NJA til it comes back, so maybe our company can somehow stay in business during tough times. Did you really think I meant scope affects the Euro? Seriously?

No, I think that you meant that pilots paid less would be allowed to fly aircraft that might have been flown by pilots who are now out on furlough. That is to say, guys with families that are currently forced to work at the Home Depot would not return to the company that hired them away from good paying jobs, just so that the company could downgrade the value of pilots. Also, I think you know that scope would not reach you immediately. That is what I think.

Furthermore, the fractionals are not the airlines. How many seats are enough so that the pilots would be protected from scope? 8? 10? Just how many seats do you have in the gee whiz? Should that be the number of seats? That is one slippery looking slope you seem to be headed down. Think you can stop before you fall over the edge?

I keep meaning to leave this thread, but I can't seem to get past what you keep typing! Don't you proof this stuff before you hit the 'submit reply' button? I just gotta let this go. I hope you learn something from all of this. I sure as hell have.

I've learned that he is incapable of a cognitive thought, unable to see more than 3 inches in front of his face. Is willing to screw over his fellow pilots because it won't directly affect him, and represents maybe .00001% of the Netjets pilot group.

I would also bet money that he was a scab in a former life and most certainly would be the same at NJA if it ever came down to it.

I also know that he is managements wet dream. He knows it..... and they probably know it also... I wouldn't doubt if more than one phone call has been made on his behalf proclaiming how he is willing and able to do anything they ask of him.

He has no backbone, and if I try hard enough I can probably visualize what he looks like, how he acts, and how he carries himself. (not impressive BTW).

That's what I think of someone so willing to give up his fellow junior co-workers.

while I agree in principle that it SHOULD be that way for them, the truth is that it really hasn't panned out that way at NJ. There are several UAL and Eastern scabs from the "A" side actively flying right now, and at least one known scab from the "I" side (there may be more). They all have great jobs, are not ostracized at all, and are largely unknown to the vast majority of people they fly with. In short, they got away with it.
