Sorry to hear that guys. One of the guys I know got the no answer as well and I haven't talked to the other guy who interviewed on the 2nd day. I would say that we should give JetSuite 6 months to show it can work and grow and then you guys reapply again if you are not already gainfully employed. They have quite a few Phenoms on order...

I really like the JetSuite model and I hope it works. I'd love to hear from the guys who get hired (experience, hours, location, etc.). Is there a certain profile they were looking for? That would be good to know since I am certainly considering applying down the line myself. Kudos to those people who were hired.

I agree with J-Rod. Give them 6 months to prove their VIABILITY before you actually apply again. Good model, interesting concept, quite a few Phenom orders. Now they have to prove they can build a viable and sustainable business in this economy and not become the next Dayjet...

6 months could mean the differance of a 6 week upgrade or a 6 year upgrade. Don't wait act now!!!!!!!!!!!

I think he was referring to the pilots who were not hired on their first try with JetSuite. I could be wrong but I think that was what he was referring to.

I hope JetSuite will do well and it will be interesting to see how the market responds once they start up - especially in this market. Do we have any idea when they will get their first airplane? July?

I recieved an email last friday from the chief pilot saying congrats. We are in a pool for class dates after the sim is up. He said in the email that the first class would be at the end of June and the second, at the begining of July. I know of 2 others that got the congrats letter. I don't know if I will be in the first or second class. I guess we are waiting on the phone call. To all that didn't make it: Keep trying! Everyone that I met at the meet and greet are a fine group of pilots.

So the people that got the congrats emails are either in the first or second class, or in a pool that could be in a later class this year as the 7 A/C for this year are delivered?

That is my understanding. I don't know how many guys got it. The interview was 2 45 min one on one TMAAT questions.

Congrats Shifty!

It will be interesting to hear what you think about the aircraft and the operation once things get started. Sounds like a great team and a unique model. Again, great job!
