Send in the card, even if you're not for the drive. It's a chance to speak your opinion and vote for what you want. This truely is your chance to be an individual and get your just reward. For or against. It doesn't matter, like a good American, execise your right to vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets hope they do not act like an American since less then 25% of the population votes for their leaders. LOL

Why does this number come back to this, see below, when you do a phone number look up. You would think it would come back to a buisness or something???

Provider--XO as in XO communications in Columbus, Ohio. It is an unpublished/unlisted number. I know for certain that you have no worries. The cards have been going safely to that number for a very long time. If you have any further concerns please sign up for the Flex 1108 message board.

We had the same concerns

I was the initial organizer for the effort at Flight Options. During the drive we had pilots that expressed the same concerns regarding putting various information on the cards that you are having.

Keep assuring your pilots that these cards are going to a secure location and that the information on them will not fall into the wrong hands. We had a management that was actively looking for the organizers of our drive and they never did. When we did finally take off the mask of names we had been using during the drive and management found out who we were, I think they were shocked. All but one of us had been ardent anti union pilot during the previous drives.

Keep pressing your pilots to have the courage to stand up for what they believe is right and to have faith in the process. The road you are on is a hard one but its a road worth traveling.

It seems to me instead of trying to bring an external organization into the picture it would be better to handle it internally. I have always felt that way. It would make more sense to me to have a FlexJet Safety committee, benefits committe, etc. I know that is what the CAB is suppose to do but I think making corrections like that would do a lot of good. I would like to see the CAB be elected be the pilot group and more committees started to make improvements at Flex. Although, things have not been too bad for me at Flex so it has hard for me to preach the union. I guess it is just luck of the draw.
