Well,I'm touched to know you consider me a real dispatcher and worthy of such a career move as going on to DAL or UAL. But enough about me. Your replies already show everyone that you have no other agenda but to:
A. Make disparaging remarks about anyone who does not believe that ALPA is their savior.
B. To focus more of your attention on a dispatcher who is statedly anti-union and who could care less how much of a fascination you have with twisted sex acts and pedophelia.
I think you are the greatest anti-ALPA thing going on this forum, and I sure hope you do keep it up. It proves that only a person with half a brain would ever come on here to defend ALPA. Again, I emplore you to keep proving to people how much brain compacity an ALPA supporter, such as yourself, can possibly have.
$hithead,So, your saying that the SAPA group was not selected by, and voted on, by the SkyWest pilot group as a whole?

Thats another subject. Klen's letter decieved the pilot group by making it sound like Don's peers found him guilty. A termination case only takes a majority vote on a review board...not a unanimous decision. Of the five review board members, only two pilots are selected... and the selection process is not random.
As far as electing SAPA members. When is the last time Mike E was elected for a regional position by the pilot group (8 years ago) and why has he been the one selecting the review board members.

I'm not privy to that info, and grossly misinformed about SAPA as a whole obviously then. Call it what you want, I call this lawsuit a dead horse that keeps getting beaten to fit whatever situation arises.
I don't know if that's what he was saying but it is correct. SAPA was NOT selected by or voted on by the skywest pilot group as a whole. The last election had a participation rate of 9%. That is not representative of anybody. So, your saying that the SAPA group was not selected by, and voted on, by the SkyWest pilot group as a whole?

See, if I treat ALPA like a deity and say anything bad about it, you treat it as blasphemy. But really, isn't a union exactly like an organized religion? Church tells you you're going to hell. Union says management will sell you up the river for a buck. Church says they can save you if you will worship with them. Union says they can help you if you vote them in. Church says it needs your money to give to God and help convert hethens. Union says they need your money in order to represent you and to convert non-unionized pilot groups. Church excommunicates you for adultery with another human. Union labels you a scab and blacklists you for flying someone else's work. Church misuses funds in order for the priest to be able to live the high life while supporters live in poverty. Unions presidents misuse funds in order to live the high life while the people they represent live in poverty. Church asks that you not question God for that will only anger him and besides the proof he exists is all around you. Union supporters get angered when you question what they say and state that every luxury you currently enjoy is because of the union already. I could compare the two ad nauseaum, but I think that will suffice.
I'm not privy to that info, and grossly misinformed

Your not even a line pilot, so you should mind your own business XPOO. How can you Skywest guys/gals let him get away with posting his anti-union crap?
Do us all a favor and stop posting this stuff. You're embarrassing your own department as well as dispatchers from other airlines. Piss off enough people on here (or just one) and someone is going to get denied a jumpseat because of your anti-pilot posts. Enough already.

its ok...on all the flights he dipatches we take extra fuel so we have to bump people and cut into his precious bonus check!!! ha ha ha ha ....we pilots always have the last laugh!!!!
Its OK C.P. He doesnt dispatch...He only coordinates, so I guess he has the last laugh with all those swaps....
Actually, a judge decided, not a court. His peers already found him guilty.
There's a few great dispatchers and coordinators in SGU, but most of them are clueless.
I miss the days of part 135 SkyWest...
Well I'm sorry. I have nothing against the dept per se, it's just the quality of it has been going downhill because of our growth. It's also due to a high turn over (and "clueless" is the word used by one of their senior guys).
We could say the same about many in the pilot group as well due to lack of experience.
As far as missing the 135 days, what I meant by that is if half the stuff on my release is incorrect, why bother with one?
But I don't want to start a pilot vs dispatch pointless discussion. We all know there's lack of experience everywhere because we can't hire neither group fast enough.
I guess I should have stayed on point about different dept chiming in regarding crewmembers. The union drive is not just about pay (as I'm sure SGU is letting everybody think it is...those greedy pilots!) it's mainly about QOL, about changing policies at will, PBS, vacation, the bucket system, etc....but I'm sure XPOO know all about it too.
No worries dude. Just wanted to make sure that the entire group wasn't being painted with the same brush because of one person. But I guess as they say, it only takes one turd in the punch bowl to ruin it for everyone else.
Is the "turd" as much of a pain to work with as he sounds like he is on these boards?
What do you think?
