I think you're probably right. In any case, it's supposedly going to be 65% of captain pay across the board.My best educated guess is that a new hire on the 7/7 will be somewhere around $56K.
Just read the IBB document. New payscale for newhires is $27k...but year TWO, you go to $29k.

How are the 15 and 18 day schedules going to be divided? Are they the flexible schedule were you just bid certain days off but end up being on call therest of the time?
