What will the first year pay be if the ibb is voted in?

The final document comes out late tomorrow night, so no official info until then. However, last I knew (could be wrong) they were looking to make the reserve be the new base for the 7&7, meaning somewhere in the neighborhood of the mid 40s. Keep in mind that is just a guess. We'll know for sure what is proposed in about 24 hours from now.

Keep in mind also, this agreement will have three schedule types, each paying differently. 15 day and 18 day schedules would be more pay.

I think you're probably right. In any case, it's supposedly going to be 65% of captain pay across the board.

Yes, technically they're not on the block, but I should have put my emphasis on that statement.

The HBA's will be protected until the pilots vote them out. That is what I meant but didn't get across.

How are the 15 and 18 day schedules going to be divided? Are they the flexible schedule were you just bid certain days off but end up being on call therest of the time?

per-diem doesn't change


schedules...15 is flex..you get paid for not knowing what you are doing..18..fixed bidable schedule..
