i just left xjet after 7+ yrs...things may have changed (been a good few yrs since i did a full training cycle) but you usually do 5 on, 2-3 off (weekends off 1st few weeks), then you do aircraft training (ground school, ftd, sim)..schedule for that can be 5 on or as little as 2 on in a row with various days off..xjet gives you positive space transportation (aka confirmed seat, not standby) to/from training on days off. by far one of the best training departments in the industry! good luck!
Is it true the XJT training is 21 straight days with no days off?
Per the contract you cannot go more than 6 on in a row, usually it's 5 on and 2 off. Weekends off where they positive space you home if you want to go.
i just left for cal..i start class next weekWhere did you go to after leaving XJT? Just curious, thanks!

When do you find out where you will be based?
apparently we need longer training...people, no nerd here or anything, but read your FILs and maybe open a book once in a while-- no need to complain to the ramp controller that "...my jepps dont show the new spot 2" or to maintenance the "monitored app briefing is missing from the new QRCs"...give me a break, utterly embarrassing...spot 2's been around for almost 2 weeks now!!! heard both today, just venting here because the crackpipe is locked up.....
How many hours are you XJT guys able to credit for pay on the line?
