If the 550 type will transfer to the 650, then it's a no brainer (but the FEDS have not agreed to that).
A 7x type will command a much higher hourly rate for the next couple of years. The problem with a Dassault type is production rates. They just don't put as many aircraft in the sky as the other guys. This cuts down on available seats for you to fly (aka make $$).
