The take a space ride industry will be a short one if one of those things drills a hole into the ground someplace.
 
We hired just plain old, old dudes.
That's right..don't we have some SWA dude who retired there at 60, came here and is like 64.5 now? (who came for express purpose of being a space cadet). First initial M i believe
I'm sure he's a cool guy, but you're right.. doubt he's of Melville's caliber--otherwise he would've been an actual NASA astronaut. All these old dudes who want to do this (I'm not even middle-aged yet and don't)..how about we leave it to our 'furloughed' brethren on the astronaut side of the house. They're the experts..and apparently available.

God speed to the crew. The Branson concept is just not feasible and is just too dangerous. They are going to have to pay people to ride after this accident.
